1. If I file a work comp claim will I get fired?

It is illegal for your employer to fire you or punish you for getting injured at work and reporting this injury to your employer or filing a worker’s compensation claim.

2. But what if they still fire me?

Even though it is illegal for your employer to fire you for reporting an injury.  If you get fired we can sue the employer for breaking this law. This representation will also require NO UPFRONT LEGAL FEES.

3. What if I am undocumented?

Your immigration status is not a factor in getting Worker’s Compensation benefits.  EVEN IF YOU ARE AN UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRANT YOU CAN RECEIVE BENEFITS.  (Certain benefits may not be available).

4. What do I do after a car accident?

If you are injured seek medical treatment.  If you need help finding medical providers call us.  If you don’t have medical insurance and can’t pay for medical treatment call us, we have can help you find the medical treatment you need.  Also, get the other party’s information. Even if the a police officer says that they will create a report, it is very important to get the other party’s information: License plate, drivers license number, name, address, phone.
